  • Advance payments, if made, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Delays in payment may result in project delays or suspension of services.

6. Revisions & Deliverables

  • Revisions are limited to what is agreed upon at the start of the project.

  • Any additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

  • Final deliverables will be provided only after full payment is received unless agreed otherwise.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Once a project has commenced, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of SFX CHAP and subject to work already completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

SFX CHAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services.

 

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
